The Ljubljana project was the most demanding installation to date. The client had a pre-built architectural structure with provisions for two pergolas as integral parts of the canopy. We manufactured Sun Winner WIN CLIMATIC S500 with precise customizations so both units could insert without visible joints with the base structure.
Special features include hidden side drainage instead of standard column drainage, custom color finish, built-in speakers in the louvers, and full smart home integration. Every component was coordinated with already-installed building elements.
Project Journey
Challenge
The pre-built structure required millimeter-precise pergola fabrication. Classic installation with standard column drainage wouldn't work — drainage had to be lateral and completely hidden. The client also required an audio system as part of the construction and connection with the existing smart home.
Solution
We manufactured two Sun Winner S500 pergolas to the exact dimensions of the prepared structure. Drainage was routed laterally and concealed inside structural elements. Speakers were integrated into louver profiles. The control unit was connected to the client's smart home via KNX protocol.
Result
The pergolas appear designed together with the base structure, not added afterward. The client controls louvers, music, and connection with the indoor climate system from a single app. Hidden side drainage preserves the clean architectural design.
